Level 101 LLC ("Level 101", "we") operates the Buddy personal-assistant text messaging service on our toll-free number. These terms govern your use of that service.

The service

Buddy is a personal AI assistant. When you opt in, you can exchange text messages with Buddy: proactive alerts, reminders, and conversational replies. The service is provided for the opted-in recipient's own use.

Opting in and out

• You opt in by providing your mobile number and confirming you want to receive messages.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and opt out of all text messages.
• Reply HELP at any time for help, or email [email protected].

Message frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies with use; typically a few messages per day at most.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
