The dataset license
A non-exclusive, worldwide license to a finished evaluation dataset: scenarios, gold standard answers, and scoring rubrics, delivered as JSON and CSV. Use it for model evaluation, benchmarking, and internal AI development, including training and fine-tuning.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the dataset. Publish the dataset contents. Use Level 101's name or marks in your marketing without written permission.
The license is perpetual for the datasets you buy. Either side can terminate for material breach with 30 days to cure.
Packs are non-exclusive by default. Dataset, vertical, or time-bound exclusivity is available — ask and we'll scope it.
The taster license
Taster packs are free and carry a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 license: use them freely for internal evaluation, share them inside your organization, and credit Level 101 if you publish results built on them. No commercial redistribution.
