About
Level 101 is small on purpose: a founder who builds the scenarios, and a CPA who verifies them.
Founder
Chad Sexton founded Level 101 to sell the datasets AI labs actually need: graded evaluations built by people who have done the work. He was SVP of Digital Product at PlanGap, a retirement-tech insurtech, and Chief Experience Officer of Peugeot North America at Stellantis; earlier, fintech product development.
He designs every Level 101 dataset — running the elicitation that draws tacit knowledge out of domain experts and turns it into scenarios and rubrics a lab can buy.
Reviewing CPA · Citadel Forensic Accounting
Rich Drye is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Forensic Accountant, and a Partner at Citadel Forensic Accounting in Atlanta. He was a Managing Director at PlanGap, where he worked with Chad. He holds a Master of Accountancy and a BBA from the University of Georgia, did postgraduate work at MIT, and his training includes Deloitte.
His firm handles fraud investigations, damages analysis, expert valuations, and litigation support. At Level 101, Rich independently reviews and verifies every dataset item before it ships.
"When I realized we needed forensic accounting, I was not sure where to start. Citadel guided us through the process, reviewed the records carefully, and explained their findings in plain language."— Charles Sexton, President, Level 101 · from citadelforensics.com
How we work
Chad builds each item from practitioner knowledge. Rich verifies it against professional standards before it ships. Two roles, two people, no shortcuts — that's the whole pipeline.
